It’s standard CHAGEE ambience. Service was considered “okay” since there were many people. Toilet was awfully smelly.

The first out outlet is not in the mall in Kedah. Spacious space with lots of seating, USB cables for charging and ambient lighting.

A malay male staff today serve us and we were shocked by how big and fresh the grapefruit were given ,it truly looks like a wallpaper and the staff here is so friendly will definitely come again !

This place is not as crowded as the outlets in Penang. Waiting time is generally not long. Love that they have high chairs and built in USB and 3 pin socket for phone charging (very excellent). They have not one, not two, but so many power outlets. One way to let you spend your time longer in here. I also appreciate that they have clean toilet. Parking is ample and free of charge.

Good environment for high tea & gathering@ chit chat with friends. Air-conditioning environment. Fruits Tea series - Lemon Glutinous Green Tea Highly recommended! Just.. Service@time taken to prepare drinks is quite slow.. This is not my first time order.. The service not yet improved.. Hopefully management can do something for it.
